Strategic Plan, Constitution

To ensure a responsive and proactive approach to the opportunities and challenges facing the region, local government, and the communities they represent; Directors, throughout 2017 have identified RAPAD's regional priority areas. This strategic plan draws on a range of current consultation and information sources, identified in the strategic plan itself, along with the Directors intimate knowledge of their own council areas and the region. The board is pleased to offer this strategic plan for the 2018 - 2020 period and welcomes its:

- member councils, 
- surrounding councils, 
- our CWQ communities, 
- industry groups, 
- private and public sector stakeholders, 
- investors, and,
- the federal and state governments

In supporting, partnering or participating in the delivery of this strategic plan.
