Directors will:

• Be an advocate for the Central West and Outback region

• Consider the environmental, economic & social regional benefits in discussions

• Practice open and transparent communication

• Aim for outcomes by consensus

• Remain informed on all RAPAD matters and make informed decisions

• Act for regional equity

• Act ethically, in the interests of the board, and at all times ensure knowledge of, and application of high levels of, corporate governance

• Act as a link between the Board and their local government

• Be apolitical when on the Board.
